Terms of Service

These terms explain how Wedsaro’s wedding invitation service works. Read them before ordering or making a payment, and contact us if any part of your order is unclear.

1. Our Service

Wedsaro provides wedding invitation websites where you select a design and customize your wedding details (names, dates, ceremony schedules, venue locations, photos, and RSVP settings) using our online builder. After publication, you can make dashboard edits during the 96-hour editing window described below.

Available designs represent Muslim, Christian and Hindu wedding traditions. The price is based on the selected design, not religion.

2. Choosing Your Design

Review the design preview and confirm your selection before payment. Once payment is made, your design choice is final and cannot be changed to another design.

Editing names, event information and other supported invitation details is different from changing the design. The dashboard editing window does not permit switching designs.

3. Prices and Payment

The available design prices are ₹999, ₹1,599 and ₹2,999. The price for your chosen design should be confirmed as part of your order.

An optional additional year of hosting can be requested for ₹599 before the scheduled deletion date.

All applicable fees will be presented clearly before payment is collected.

4. Your Information and Review

Provide accurate names, dates, ceremony times, venue details, map links and any other information to be included in your invitation.

Review your invitation preview carefully before payment and publication. Check the spelling, dates, photos and links to ensure everything appears exactly as you want.

5. Editing After Publication

You can edit your invitation through your dashboard for 96 hours after publication. After that window closes, dashboard editing is no longer available.

This editing period is separate from the time the website remains online. The selected design remains fixed after payment.

Contact support if you encounter a technical issue. Contacting support does not by itself extend the editing window or guarantee that a change can be made after it closes.

6. Website Lifetime and Deletion

Your invitation remains live until two months after your wedding date, unless an extension is arranged before expiry. The hosting period is measured from the wedding date, not the publication date.

At expiry, the invitation’s data is erased from the database. Do not rely on being able to recover an invitation after deletion.

7. Customer Responsibilities and Permitted Use

You represent that you have the right to provide and publish all names, photos, music and information included in your invitation. Wedsaro may suspend or remove invitations containing unlawful, infringing or abusive material.

8. Cancellation, Changes and Refunds

Because each invitation website is published and hosted on a dedicated custom link immediately upon payment, our standard policy is that payments are non-refundable once made, and designs cannot be changed after payment.

This policy does not exclude or limit any rights or remedies you may have under applicable consumer protection laws. If an error on our part cannot be remedied, contact support promptly.

9. Intellectual Property

Wedsaro retains ownership of website designs, code, templates and visual assets. You retain ownership of the photos, personal wording and content you supply.
